1.1 We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd Parties.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Xlash.com.sg offers the shipping option of couriers services and same-day delivery only. This is to ensure that the package is trackable and requires signing off by our receiving parties. This ensures our customers are always updated on the delivery process and also helps prevents disputes in case of missing package claims.

2.1 Our policy is to try to despatch all orders within 2 business days and delivery time is normally 1-3 business days within Singapore and 3-15 working days for international orders. For the same-day delivery option, kindly note that it will be delivered at the same day only if you have placed the order before 1 pm on weekdays. For all orders placed after 1 pm or over the weekend/PH, under this shipping option, we will dispatch it before noon on the next working day.
However, this shall be considered as indicative timeframe as there might be subject to delays with the courier.

2.2 We use Ninja Van or Fedex/Aramex for local or International orders. However, we may decide to switch the delivery company for some shipment under necessary circumstances without pre-notice. In any case, we will always ensure to inform our customers about the final delivery company and corresponding tracking details.

2.3 We deliver to all countries.

2.4 If you order goods from the Website for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations (outside Singapore), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. In case you reject to receive the delivery, the package will be sent back to us and all cost, including but not limited to delivery, duties, taxes incurred will be deducted from the amount

2.5 We will deliver all Products comprised in your order in one delivery. We will deliver directly to the delivery address specified in your order. Please see delivery information for details of where we deliver and the available delivery options. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. Deliveries will be made to your door. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of products ordered.

2.6 Purchases through our online store is purely for personal consumption only. Any single order above 5pcs will be automatically regarded as bulk purchase. In such cases, we reserve the right to make separate delivery and billing arrangement. Please contact us in case of wholesale or bulk order request.

3. Price Policy

3.1 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

4. Payment Policy

4.1 On Xlash.com.sg you can pay with your PayPal account or with Credit/ Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and Visa Electron etc). All payments are securely processed through PayPal.

4.2 We accept payments in SGD. You may pay with debit/credit card from different currency and conversion rate will be based on your bank offer. Please check the applicable exchange rate with your card issuing company.

4.3 We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, by completing the relevant details on the “Order Summary” page.

4.4 All credit/debit card holders may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

4.5 Xlash.com.sg do not store any Credit/ Debit card details. All transactions are passed directly to Paypal who is responsible for secure card processing before handing order back to us.

5. Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

5.1 Once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it (or any part of it). We cannot stop an order once you have “Checked Out”.

5.2 Where you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the Products, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk and cost. If you decide to cancel, please inform us of the cancellation request in advance so we may identify the incoming package. All such Products should be returned within 10 days after the Products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the Products to us unused (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them), and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, by one of the means set out in our returns procedure.

5.4 After you cancel your order and once we receive the Products, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded less delivery cost. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within 5-7 working days if the cancellation is confirmed. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds for Products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of you cancelling your order. The total days needed for refund is completely dependent on the card processing company after we submit the refund request.

5.5 If any Product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If the product is damaged upon receiving, please obtain a sign off from delivery company as proof of damaged during delivery before submitting it to us. If you believe a Product is faulty, you should return the Product to us in accordance with the returns procedure. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us.

5.6 Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.
