The way I use the EGF Intensive is to layer it under a basic occlusive balm before bed. It’s not necessary but if you do do that, you will find that it helps restore your lips pretty much overnight! Another reason why I do that is because of its relatively lighter texture. People who hate the heaviness would appreciate this, but I personally like to feel a “moisture blanket” so I pair it with an occlusive balm.
